Deliveries (Excluding Balloons)
Orders placed by 12:00pm Mon - Fri will be picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. At peak times, Halloween, Christmas etc, there may be a delay on getting parcels sent out.
The delivery speed is dependent on the shipping service you choose at the checkout. We offer three services: Standard Delivery, Standard Delivery - Tracked and Express Delivery. Your estimated delivery date is shown in the checkout at the time of ordering.
Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. You will receive an email with a tracking number after we have shipped it. Orders will not arrive on weekends, unless prior arrangement with us.

Where we deliver to
We deliver to the UK & Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands.
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Orders are shipped from a central hub and not from our Reading store.
Local Balloon Deliveries
Our Balloons ordered online for local delivery are personally delivered by one of our team to make sure they are carefully looked after all the way up to your front door. Specific times cannot be guaranteed on the date of your delivery unless you contact us after placing an order to arrange this.
Please make sure somebody is in to receive the order on the day of delivery as they cannot be left anywhere outside due to the delicate nature of the balloons.
We cover large amount of the surrounding area from our Tilehurst Store. If you still do not fall into this catchment, please do contact us as we can go further afield.

Partyware & Balloons Ordered Together for local Delivery
If you order both Balloons and partyware for local delivery, everything will be delivered on the date selected when selecting your balloons.
Our Store is closed on the following dates every year. Please do not place orders for these dates as they will be cancelled and refunded:
Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.
Store Pick-Up (Partyware & Balloons)
Balloons
Any balloon orders made online will be ready for collection on the date and time selected when ordering. We will send you an email on the day of collection to let you know when the order is ready. Please do not come before this, as it may not be ready.
Partyware
All of our Partyware can be shipped but also chosen to be picked up in store. Store collection can take up to 3 days to be ready for collection. We will send you an email when your stock is ready. Please do not arrive before this as it may not be ready. If you require the stock sooner, please pop in to store to see what we have available.
Partyware & Balloons Ordered Together
If you order both Balloons and partyware for store pick up, everything will be ready to collect on the date selected when selecting your balloons.
Nationwide Balloon Deliveries
Balloons and balloons in boxes cannot be shipped or delivered same day of order. Nationwide Balloon deliveries are sent via a courier in a box, ready for the recipient to open.
