Fun ‘n’ Frolic will supply the goods you have ordered subject to availability

If any item is out of stock we will contact you with the anticipated despatch date and give you the option to agree to wait or to remove the item from your order, where possible we may also offer an alternative product.

We can also despatch goods that are in stock and send the outstanding balance at a later date. If you choose the latter option you will incur an additional shipping charge in accordance with our schedule and prices.

If we fail to deliver any product ordered we will refund any payment made for those items. We will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer, as a result of our inability to supply or for the actions or failure of any third party to carry out their contractual obligations.

We undertake to deliver the goods within 7 working days (unless advised to the contrary) to any address in the UK at our standard delivery charges.

Delivery is normally undertaken by Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Interlink or by an independent courier. In all cases a signature will be required as proof of delivery. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery a card will be left and the package/parcel returned to the depot for collection by the recipient.

Delivery Charges for UK addresses only:

Items requiring next day delivery, outside of the RG postal area, must be placed by 2:30pm, Monday to Friday only. Dependent on stock availability orders will be posted using the Interlink next day service, Cost £9.99, up to 5kg.

All orders over £70 including vat, up to 2kg will be delivered free of charge by 2nd class Royal Mail or Interlink recorded delivery, within 7 working days, if you require a quicker service please select accordingly, normal delivery charges will apply. 

Note: 1. We encourage customers who are making orders for large or heavy products up to 30kg, to opt for the 2 - 3 day courier option, £12.99 per parcel. Deliveries using this service will normally arrive within three working days. For heavy or bulky items over 30kg, we may need to apply a surcharge and will contact you on receipt of your order if applicable.

Note: 2. For items ordered for collection from our store in Reading, please wait for a confirmation email before calling to collect your order. Your order will be processed at our warehouse and sent to our Reading store for next day collection. Web prices do not apply to products displayed and purchased from our Reading Superstore. Orders not collected within 28 days will be refunded* and no longer available for collection. *Minus a processing fee of 15% to cover the cost of the initial delivery to our store and returning the item to stock

International Deliveries

For details of delivery charges and schedules to any location worldwide please contact us. Deliveries overseas can normally be made within 10 working days depending on location and the delivery service selected. Various types of delivery options are available and depending on the method of delivery requested, a surcharge will need to be added to your order. 


Faulty Goods

All products are thoroughly checked by our staff on receipt from our suppliers and prior to delivery to ensure they are neither faulty nor damaged.

If on receipt of your order you find that damage has occurred to any of the contents you must contact us within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt to notify us of the details, either by telephone, email or in writing.

Goods returned to us will be inspected and authorised for a replacement or for a full refund including all postage costs.

Unwanted Goods(Notification within fourteen (14) working days of receipt)

If you wish to return a product that is no longer required or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations you should contact us within fourteen (14) working days by e mail or in writing.

To obtain a full product refund any stock returned to us must be unopened, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Fun 'n' Frolic will not be liable or refund the cost of returned goods or the original postage charge unless it is as a result of not fulfilling our contractual obligations.


Unwanted Goods(Notification within thirty (30) working days of receipt

If you wish to return a product after fourteen (14) days but within thirty (30) days of receipt you should contact us by e-mail or in writing 

We do not give refunds for goods notified to us after fourteen (14) days but we may issue a credit note valid for one year.

To obtain a credit note any stock returned to us must unopened, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging

Delivery and return costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations


Refund Policy Exclusions:

  • Products that have been opened, soiled or show signs of wear may not be entitled to a full refund. We inspect all products that are returned to our warehouse and will contact you to discuss any issues.
  • Some products cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene reasons, these include make up, eyelashes, lenses, stockings, tights, underwear and all types of masks. Fun 'n' Frolic reseves the right to refuse a refund for any other product affected by hygiene issues.
  • Fun 'n' Frolic also reserves the right to refuse a refund for any products opened or unopened that have been used for audio/video recordings, computer software productions, newspaper, periodical or magazine publications.

Goods Received and/or Returned

Once received and signed for the goods become the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received and signed for at our premises. We recommend that goods are returned to us using a Royal Mail recorded delivery service or a courier.
